    Nicky Hopkins - piano/keyboards
    Hal Blaine - drums

Band Name - Captain Crunch & the Crunch Berries.

I don't know who would be the Captain, it would create a heated argument between McCartney and Fogerty I suppose. There I go, the band hasn't had one gig and the two biggest stars are arguing for the Captain title, now the band will probably break up.... ;)

    Chapter 5: Touring (Part 1)

Me: We are going to start touring.

    Cece Worrall: When?

    Me: Tomorrow.

Cece Worrall: Tomorrow? Where are we going to sleep?

Me: The tour bus is outside.

Me: Also, there has been a change in lead vocalists.

Nancy Wilson: I'm not going to be the lead singer anymore?

Me: No. Cece Worrall is going to be the new lead singer.

Nancy Wilson: That's not fair! I thought I was going to be the lead singer!

Me: You are going to be a backup vocalist.

Paul Rodgers: Am I still going to be a backup vocalist?

    Me: Yes.

Me: Let's go in the tour bus.

Eddie Van Halen: Where are our instruments?

    Me: In the tour bus.

Everybody goes in the tour bus.

Ian Anderson: What are we going to do for songs?

    Me: Cover songs.

Cece Worrall: Can I have a solo?

Me: Sure. In fact, you have a solo.

    Cece Worrall: Which song?

    Me: Let me see.

    Me: Jackie Blue.

    Cece Worrall: Great!

Me: You also have a solo on Bad Company!

    Me: Sure!

Paul Rodgers: This is going to be so much fun.

Me: However, not all of you will be on stage.

Tommy Shaw: What do you mean?

Me: Only certain band members will be on stage.

Edgar Winter: Do I get a solo?

    Me: Yes.

    Edgar Winter: Sweet! Thanks!

Me: Here is the song list.

    Clarinet Solos

    Jackie Blue

    Bad Company

    When You Close Your Eyes

    Life Line

    Take The Long Way Home

    Rag Doll

    Frankenstein

    Since U Been Gone

    Saxophone Solos

    The Logical Song

    Frankenstein

    Free Ride

Ian Anderson: That's not a lot of songs.

Me: I know. It's only our first gig.

Ian Anderson: I'm a flute player too.

    Me: You are? That's cool!

Cece Worrall: I play the flute and I don't have any flute solos.

Me: It's only our first gig. You'll have flute solos when we do our second gig.

Cece Worrall: Awesome! I love having solos!

I decided to change it up a bit.

    Original:

Ian Anderson- Flute and occasional acoustic guitar

    Nancy Wilson- Lead vocals

Cece Worrall- Clarinet and occasional flute

    It will now be:

Cece Worrall: Clarinet, flute, and lead vocals

Nancy Wilson: Acoustic guitar and backing vocals

Ian Anderson: Acoustic guitar and occasional flute

The rest of the lineup isn't changing.

The British symphonic prog supergroup (very hard to come up with one where no two members have ever been in a band with one another, particularly when John Wetton is one of the members):

    John Wetton--Vocals and bass
Tony Banks--Keyboards (as another poster suggested, only allowed to use his keyboards from the early '70s)
    Steve Rothery--Guitars
    Barriemore Barlow--Drums
Ian MacDonald--Sax and flute (was in the same band as Wetton, but not at the same time!)

    The art-pop supergroup:

    Kate Bush, vocals and keyboards
Mark Hollis, vocals and various instruments
    Scott Walker, vocals
    Phil Manzanera, guitars
    Mick Karn, bass
    Stuart Copeland, drums

    Chapter 6: Touring (Part 2)

    Me: Wake up everyone!

    Nancy Wilson: I'm so tired.

Ian Anderson: I went to bed late last night.

    Nancy Wilson: Me too.

Me: You should've gone to bed earlier.

Eddie Van Halen: It's important to go to bed earlier so you can get more sleep.

Me: We have a gig to do!

Kelly Keagy: What time is it?

    Me: 5:00 AM.

    Tommy Shaw: Why so early?

Me: Because it's going to be a long ride.

Me: Everybody get your things! We are hitting the road!

All of the band members get on the bus.

Cece Worrall: I went to bed early.

Paul Rodgers: What a surprise. She went to bed early and the rest of us went to bed late.

    Edgar Winter: Go figure.

Geddy Lee: Why do we have to carry our instruments?

Me: Because I don't want to carry all of them.

Nancy Wilson: I'm going to sleep on the tour bus.

    Tommy Shaw: Me too.

Ian Anderson: Everybody should sleep on the tour bus.

    Me: Not everyone is tired.

    Everybody gets on the bus.

    Edgar Winter: Look! An HDTV!

Kelly Keagy: Sweet! A mini fridge!

    Geddy Lee: Awesome! Air conditioning!

Bus Driver: Is everyone all set?

    Me: Yes.

    Bus Driver: Okay. Let's go.

    The tour bus starts moving.

Ian Anderson and Eddie Van Halen play chess.

Kelly Keagy and Tommy Shaw play checkers.

Cece Worrall: Can I listen to music?

    Me: Sure. How about classical?

    Cece Worrall: Awesome! Thank you!

Paul Rodgers: Where is our first gig?

    Me: A cafe.

Nancy Wilson: I hope it has breakfast.

Me: It does. We are going to eat first.

    Eddie Van Halen: I'm hungry.

    Edgar Winter: Me too.

    Later...

    Me: This is it!

Cece Worrall: Is this the cafe?

    Me: Yes.

    Everybody grabs their instruments.

Owner: Hello! Welcome to the Cool Cats Cafe!

Owner: Are you The Awesomeness Crew?

    Me: I'm their manager.

Owner: Great! When are you going to perform?

    Me: After we eat.

Owner: Awesome! What would you like to eat?

    Me: I'll have some hashbrowns.

Owner: And what would you like for a drink?

    Me: Milk.

    Owner: White or Chocolate?

    Me: White.

    Everybody sits down.

    Me: Did everyone order?

    The band members nod.

    Later...

Me: Is everyone done their food?

    Everyone nods.

    Me: Okay. Let's go!

    Me: It's time to perform!

Chapter 7: The Performance (Part 1)

Me: Okay. What style of music should our band be?

Cece Worrall: Our band should be acoustic.

    Me: Okay. Great idea Cece.

    Me: You ready Cece?

    Cece Worrall: For what?

    Me: Your clarinet solo!

Cece Worrall: I have to put my clarinet together first.

    Me: That's fine.

I talk to the other band members while Cece puts together her clarinet.

Me: Edgar, your saxophone solo is next.

Edgar Winter: Why aren't we performing together as a band?

Me: Because it's our first gig. We are going to perform together as a band when we have our second gig.

    Edgar Winter: Okay.

    Me: Cece!

    Cece Worrall: Yes?

Me: Are you done putting together your clarinet?

    Cece Worrall: Yes.

Me: Great! Go up there and shine!

    Cece Worrall: Okay. I will.

Me: Nancy, would you like to sing on Jackie Blue?

    Nancy Wilson: Sure.

    ooh-hoo, jackie blue
lives her life from inside of a room
hides that smile when she's wearin' a frown
ooh jackie, you're not so down

you like your life in a free-form style
you'll take an inch but you'd love a mile
there never seems to be quite enough
floating around to fill your lovin' cup

    ooh-hoo, jackie blue
what's a game, girl, if you never lose
    ask a winner and you'll prob'bly find
ooh jackie, they've lost at sometime

don't try to tell me that you're not aware
of what you're doing and that you don't care
you say it's easy, just a nat'ral thing
like playing music but you never sing

    ooh-hoo, jackie blue
making wishes that never come true
going places where you've never been
    ooh jackie, you're going again
    (CLARINET SOLO)

    ooh-hoo, jackie blue
likes a dream that can never come true
making love is like siftin' through sand
ooh jackie, it slips through your hand

ev'ry day, in your indigo eyes
I watch the sun set but I don't see it rise
moonlight and stars in your strawberry wine
you'd take the world but you won't take the time

    ooh-hoo, jackie blue
lives her life from inside of a room
makes you think that her life is a drag
ooh jackie, what fun you have had

    ooh jackie, ooh jackie
    ooh jackie, ooh jackie
    hey, hey, hey, hey

I'll play along and give my reasons

    1. Vocals & Guitar-David Gilmour-His voice and guitar tone is pleasantly soothing to my ears.
    2. Guitar-Steve Clark-Being classically trained and being able to read and write music would go a long way in helping Gilmour's signature sound
    3. Bass-Benjamin Orr-Underrated Bass Player and his backing vocals would be a perfect compliment to Gilmours.
    4. Keyboard-Billy Joel-No Brainer pick. Great songwriter, can exchange some leads, another awesome backing vocalist.
    5. Drums-Don Henley-Toughest pick on my list. Chose Henley because of his style and his ability to sing backup and the occasional lead.

A band that could actually work (and I'd buy that album immediately!)
Nick Lowe; Guitar, Electric Bass, Vocals
    Glenn Tilbrook: Vocals, Lead Guitar
    Steve Winwood: keyboards, vocals
    Jim Keltner; drums

And on the acoustic songs on acoustic bass; Danny Thompson!

    Me: Great job everyone!

Edgar Winter: Does anyone have the whole show?

    Me: A roadie recorded it.

Eddie Van Halen: Great! I can't wait to see it!

Cece Worrall: I don't feel so good.

    Kelly Keagy: Uh oh.

Ian Anderson: This isn't going to be good.

Cece Worrall: I have to go to the bathroom.

The sound of Cece puking is heard.

Nancy Wilson: Did I just hear somebody puking?

Paul Rodgers: Yes. A band member is sick.

Eddie Van Halen: That's a shame.

Geddy Lee: What are we going to do?

Me: We are going to go on hiatus.

Ian Anderson: We can't go on hiatus!

    Edgar Winter: We have to.

    Ian Anderson: Why?

    Me: Because Cece is sick.

Cece: I'm going to take a nap. I'm not feeling well.

Nancy Wilson: What are we going to do?

Me: The rest of you can go home.

Eddie Van Halen: We can finally go home!
