Dali Concept 6 speakers

Is there anybody here who's familiar with Dali Concept 6 speakers? My father's considering buying new speakers and he wanted to have some feedback on these. Would they sound fine with a JVC RX7010-R receiver? He currently owns 10 year old JBL TLX 5000 Mk II's, I guess the Dali's will be a step up?

 

Not the answer you want but my brother has the Dali Lektor 2's and they sound great. Best bet would be to audition the speakers at your dad's system at home. Any serious,decent hifi retailer should let you do that.

 

I think the Dali line is very good in general. Honestly I do think they would sound better with better amplification. But noahjld is right if he gets a chance for home demo your Dad may find his reciever is a good match with the Dalis.
