Try something from the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack. Kidnap the Sandy Claws (featuring Elfman, Paul Rubens and Cathrine O'Hara as the devious henchmen) is a particular favorite.

Also, Boris Karloff's Mr. Grinch is untouchable here, one of the all time greats.

Dear Mr. Jesus - maybe not really a "Christmas" song but it was out around that time of year if I recall correctly.

On "Fits Like a Glove", Howie Mandel's version of the 12 Days of Christmas. His true love dies on the third day.

I got to see them do this one live.

"Just Call Me Scrooge" isn't exactly warm and fuzzy, either (although, hilarious).

It always amuses me that you hear that song in shops at Christmas. The lyrics are basically telling us that the whole notion of Christmas is a total lie.

    G'day,

Low - If You Were Born Today (Song For Little Baby Jesus) from their Christmas EP:

If you were born today /
We'd kill you by age eight /
Never get the chance to say: /
Joy to the world and peace on the earth.

Killing Jesus or Santa ... dunno if it get's darker than that at Xmas time.
