No , stick it in a drawer or closet and forget about it. That's what music is for.

If you don't open it and play then why did you buy it?

Gosh, when these get so expensive I'd be hard pressed to tell you to open it, as you'll be losing a fair bit of the monetary value, and you can pick up the CDs of the show for less than 1/10th the current value. But, you only live once, so eff it and open that bad boy?

  10. Play it! It's an awesome recording and pressing as well. And, IMO, it has the best version of Echoes ever.

I’ve got a sealed one too, and left it that way. I’ll eventually pick up an open copy and sell the sealed one to a big spender.

I found a sealed copy of Neil Young’s Greendale a few years ago. I still haven’t opened it. I have the DVDA to listen to. I’m not sure why I haven’t opened it, I have no plans to ever sell it. I’m sure I will open it at some point, but it makes me happy just looking at it. Yeah, I’m weird.

Wish this would get a re-press. Always figured that a 5lp set wouldn’t be, but look what just happened with the 4lp Pulse. Hope is the thing with feathers.

Only the vinyl has the entire concert. Both the video and CD version are missing songs.

I can't fathom buying music and not opening it.

Every once in a while it gets even worse when I meet someone with vinyl records, who does not own a player, and has no intention of buying one. I'm not a violent person... but it does make me want to smack them upside the head...

I just compared track listings on the 3 CD/2 DVD box to the vinyl, and see songs missing from the vinyl ?
