I will be there all 4 days. It should be a great festival. Can't wait.

Couple more Boulder nuggets I remembered.

John sang Lady With A Fan and Bob sang Terrapin Station. Bob pronounced it "si-KAY-das"

Bob is right, I don't know where Jerry got "si-CAH-das"...maybe they roam the same habitat as the North American Nut-thatch...

I understand that both pronunciations of cicada are acceptable, but “nut-thatch” is definitely incorrect.

That reminds me, Bob correctly pronounced it “nut-hatch” when they played Eyes this year. :)

Isn't that the Liberty version on So Many Roads synced with the video?

EDIT: Just checked...I'm wrong...that one is from atlanta 3-30-94.

    Interesting, I should have checked.

Yeah, "nut-thatch" is just insane, I don't know where he got that!

Can't remember who it was, but someone on Twitter made a really good point about young up-and-comers laying bare their clear intention to simply ape Jerry when they pronounce it "nut-thatch".

The band is "playing in the sand" once again in Mexico in January next year

I’m on holiday there until 14th January. Gutted to miss it by a few days.

It was lacking pretty much everything since they didn't play it.

I must have gotten it mixed up with something else. I’ll check the set list later and see what I saw & heard

Same on 6/21/89. Despite generally liking Hell in a Bucket, it was a bait ‘n’ switch I wasn’t thrilled about either, even if not without precedent at that point.

Really good 2nd set tonight (8/26/18).

The post Bird Song jam and post-drums/pre-Morning Dew jams were amazing with Branford.
