Do you exhibit fancy covers at your home?
I do! It's clip-on cover frames* with front mat. (passepartout)

    * I purchased these frames from a site called bags unlimited (https://www.bagsunlimited.com/c-454-lp-record-frames.aspx).
I personally don't get a profit out of it , it's just to help collector mates.

I have The Kids Are Alright laserdisc cover that I've always wanted to frame. The disc itself is worthless (distorted sound, edited), but I've always loved the cover photo.

I did this to a couple of records in my small livingroom.

The Northern Pikes - Big Blue Sky on the left
The Northern Pikes - Secrets of the Alibi on the right

Bonus points for them both being cutouts :)

Your set up of framed covers, with the appropriate record added, looks really spiffy! I like it a lot. . [IMG]

One of my best framed albums is the album below that just looked hilarious to me when I was out digging then years later I found out my fundamentalist uncle actually knows this guy and he still plays concerts in this area. My elderly family members seemed pretty confused when I explained that I have this Christian midget guy's image displayed as art. They said I could have gotten it signed by him if I wanted to come see him in concert.

Yeah I got three to cover up some holes I accidentally smashed into my apartment wall when trying to put up a shelf. I got a set of three from Art Vinyl, which open in the front allowing you to easily switch out the record. I change up what is displayed that way, usually having me most recent acquisitions.

Currently I have the trilogy of Yes albums- The Yes Albums, Fragile and Close To the Edge

Mike, this seems to be a very comfortable way to change the covers in your frames, any pic? Do they also have a front mat?

I'm not sure what a front mat is? If you mean some sort of clear protection on the front of the record, these frames, like most, do include that.

Here's my post from the Yes ABA thread:

Mike, your framed "Relayer" album cover is surrounded by a mat, keeping it away from the acrylic glass! Very nice, the others don't have a mat.

I've got a print of Grateful Dead's Winterland 1973: The Complete Recordings hanging on the wall. Not my favorite cover, but it was a gift. It's very nice, though.

Relayer is actually not an album, that is a signed poster I got at a prog festival, where Roger Dean, the original designer/artist, was doing a meet 'n' greet and signing. That is a rather expensive frame I had custom made for it, and unlike my three framed albums, that thing doesn't come off the wall, much to my wife's chagrin.
So it just so happens that I had acquired the three Yes vinyl records as I was participating in the Yes ABA thread and took that picture.

I only frame covers that I don't have the records for, or the records are so beat up that I'll never play them. I have a few hanging up at the moment.

I do so too, in addition I frame covers of records I have double. The only exception is the Eddie Cochran (displayed above) cover of the German London album "Singin' to My Baby"! That's so damn scarce; I haven't seen another copy yet, except this magnificent cover; unfortunately without the record. Don't think it was a bargain! Never again paid that much for just the cover.

Yes. I've had Meet The Beatles and Nashville Slyline covers in frames up on the wall in my office for years. But I just retired and they need to find a new home. To me, those covers are iconic images. I never have tired of them.

I have a few that aren't on the wall right now but they are framed.

I picked up the frames on clearance from Restoration Hardware a few years ago.

Never. I only put the cover up near my setup when I'm actually playing the Lp.
