I think this the greatest Box Set I own, and I'm not a Beatles Fan Boy:

This came out in 2009 and the one I got was one of a limited batch signed by all the band around the outside of the cookie tin! Not 100$ sure but I think this edition was only available via their webstore. The actual box containing the 13 cds was available elsewhere. The USB contains a whole lot of live tracks...pretty darn cool set for sure!

Heres the full list of what's on it....

And having got it from Amazon Canada when it came out, it cost me nearly 50% less than the uk price

I love this set but why they had to use staples is beyond me.[IMG]

Definitely Mono Rolling Stones. The records sound fantastic, packaging could be better but still great, and it comes with a great booklet.

I really like my Beatles Capitol box sets.
I also like my Beatles in Mono a lot.
My three David Bowie box sets get a lot of play also.
My box set I probably play the least is the 2009 Beatles Stereo Box. It's fine. I just like other versions of the songs from the other box sets.

What about THIS boxset of all NEW material, one of my all time favourite artists and this is a STUNNING piece of work. Imagine walking into the record company and saying "Here's my new album"...and dropping off 11 CDs of new material. ALL beautiful and stunning...and in an amazing booklet format

    Brilliant collection of blues CDs.
The DVD of how and where it was recorded in France with that microphone room is outstanding.
Like you said the book is a work of art in its own right.
I think I paid around £20 for it not long after it was released.
    Worth lots more IMO.
This 10" vinyl and black CD set is also very good.
