    No circus at all here, but some badass accordion. You might google Kimmo to see if he's got any carnival in him away from this trio (Gunn and Mastelotto from King Crimson).

    Last night my wife asked me to play some vinyl, so I pulled out Peter Skellern (whom I just found out passed away a few moths ago) "You're A Lady" album. The title track is a classic singer/songwriter song, in my opinion. the following was it's follow-up single and it clearly has a carnival feel about it.

    This one is not carnival sounding, but I wanted to add it to my thoughts in post #66, for those who may have never heard "You're A Lady". It's not often that you hear a deep ballad with a choir and a brass band, at the same time and who am I to not share it with you? Trust me, no other record sounds like this one!
