Let It Be and Hey Jude. I know it has been said but needs to be said again.

McCartney doesn’t have a lot of great rockers in his catalogue. Let Me Roll It serves a particular purpose in the set. A good set list needs to have good flow, and some harder rocking numbers are a necessity in a stadium show.

Sorry, but if I ever go see Duran Duran play a show they damn well better play that song.

That "Ouija Board" song by Morrissey has always driven me nuts, and of course he played it last time I saw him.

You’re in luck, because John Lennon is dead and nobody ever attempted Revolution 9 onstage.

Hungry Heart. He's not a favorite artist anymore though (it's been 40 years this year, but the Broadway thing [and its prices] started a loss of interest for me),
but this song almost always made me sick to hear it.

I used to really love both songs - though I think with Hey Jude it was only a LONG time ago. Let It Be stopped a few years ago for me.

I guess it depends on your definition of "a lot", but Macca has enough rockers in his catalog that he could play something other than "Let Me Roll It".

Like I said, I think I understand why he keeps it in the set - it also gives him a chance to play some lead guitar - but the notion that "Roll It" is some lynchpin on which the show's flow depends seems like a stretch...

Feh! That's my 2nd favorite U2 song, and it rocks hard live!

I'd say it's a necessity for their stadium show! ;)

I've enjoyed what I saw live from these album. "Silvio" usually rocked (even if overplayed a little). I got to see a rare live "When Did You Leave Heaven?."

"Born In Time" and "Cat's In The Well" were great live too.

You're right that I wouldn't want to see "Wiggle Wiggle."

Practically the only bad song in the whole ABB songbook IMHO, and the one I hear the most.
Thankfully I haven't had to hear it in concert in a long time.
