    If my memory serves me right, I think that the Shrek 2 DVD from 2004/5 included the soundtrack on a bonus CD.

    One of the more recent DVD releases of "Easy Rider" including an abbreviated soundtrack CD.

    The 30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition laserdisc of "My Fair Lady," from 1994, included a very nice, remastered soundtrack CD on a gold disc ... as well as a hardcover book, a strip of 70mm film cells, and some reproductions of the original costume sketches. Beautiful set. I still have the one I bought on the day of release, as well as a sealed copy I bought for $10 when the bottom dropped out of the laserdisc market.
