eBay loading problems

Has anyone else on the forum had problems with eBay loading pages over the last few days. It originally affected the My eBay section, but has spread to loading any listing.
I've tried cleaning out the cache, different setting but the problem remains.

 

I occasionally get a partially loaded page that looks like a text version. If I reload, it comes up normally. I'm guessing there is some script in their page template that has changed. It doesn't seem to happen with any other site that I visit. Maybe it's a targeted thing fishing for passwords or credit card information. I guess it's time to run a deeper scan of my internet computer........

 

eBay just changed something in the way pages come across as secure, or not. I'm far from a techie but it went into effect on 10/1 so that might be it.
