Knocks off $4-$5 off the shipping. It's kinda weird though - it shows the discount but the grand total doesn't change. I have to pay for a purchase on eBay (I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me about combined shipping), so will let you know if this works out.

Don't know how the amt. is determined. I just saved $3.54 on $19.99 item with $7.55 shipping. So it worked out to $24 total (for an original mono Blonde on Blonde).

I got $3.54 off a ebay purchase of 12.75 of which 6.25 was shipping. My total ended up being 9.21.

This makes me wonder if the seller is being charged a foreign transaction fee.

 

The coupons knocks off 5 Australian Dollars off the shipping. I don't know about the foreign transaction fee. I always pay in USD through a UK Credit Card and I don't think sellers are charged any foreign transaction fee.
