Elton John Greatest Hits Volume II DCC project

Since Elton John Greatest Hits Volume II on DCC will probably never see the light of day, I've decided to assemble my own Volume II using Steve Hoffman mastered Elton songs from various sources. So far here's what it looks like:

1. Country Comfort
2. Tiny Dancer
3. Burn Down The Mission
4. Friends
5. Take Me To The Pilot
6. Elderberry Wine
7. Razor Face
8. Harmony
9. The Bitch Is Back (live)

Are there any other Steve mastered Elton songs perhaps from some of the compilation cd's that I have missed?

 

That should be a fine sounding greatest hits vol. 2. I was not aware that SH had mastered "the bitch is back" (live). On which album or cd does this song appear?
