Elusive Disc- Free Shipping Question

I know that Elusive Disc offers free ground shipping for orders over $100, but they say USPS or FedEx.

Anyone have any experience to say which they usually choose and why they choose that way?

Also I assume that they ship express for USPS in this case?

 

They have a link to contact them about this. I put $120. worth in the cart to see what happens, and searched the entire site for an answer, which I can't find.
Even Acoustic Sounds gives you a place to ask for Fed Ex over USPS.

Just got off the phone with them and this is what I was told:

For orders between $100 and $200, they offer free media mail shipping.

For orders over $200, they offer free FedEx ground shipping.

 

That's it, I'm done with them. That response, on top of my recent smashed record, because they've chosen to use flimsy album mailers, that likely cost them less, says to me there are too many online retailers out there, like Bull Moose, who do all they can to ensure great customer service ( FREE Priority on things they deem to use it on, like my last two book purchases, for example ).
