Killers - Prodigal Son
Number of the Beast - Hallowed be Thy Name (one of the best metal songs ever written)
Piece of Mind - Revelations
Power Slave - Rime of the Ancient Mariner (many think this is Maiden's best album; I think it is 5th best)
Somewhere in Time - Stranger in a Strange Land
Seventh Son - Moonchild
A Matter of Life and Death - The Legacy
Book of Souls - Tears of a Clown

 

Tough call on the first 7. I love the first 7 albums to death.

Iron Maiden - Remember Tomorrow
Killers - Prodigal Son
Number of the Beast - The Prisoner
Piece of Mind - Die With Your Boots On
Power Slave - 2 Minutes to Midnight
Somewhere in Time - The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner. As close to an 8 way tie as it can get though, this is a 10/10 album for me.
Seventh Son - Infinite Dreams
A Matter of Life and Death - n/a As much as I love their earlier stuff, I'm not a fan of the reunion-era albums except for a few songs
Book of Souls - The Red and the Black

A Matter of Life and Death: only heard it once, don't remember any songs.
The Book of Souls: only heard a recording of a live show, not all songs, but I like "If Eternity Should Fail".

Funny that nobody has chosen any of the two songs off the debut that they've kept playing through the years.
