Does anyone have a favorite local radio show that you like listening to?

    KTCK “The Ticket” 1310/96.7

    All sports station in DFW.

Did you mean music wise? I don’t listen to the radio for music. I create my own playlists.

It doesn't matter. As long as it doesn't break the forum rules.

Even though this was put in the Music Corner thread, the shows don't have to be necessarily about music.

My favorite is Northstar Music. It's just music and no talk for a few hours, and plays on 830 WCRN which is an AM radio station in Massachusetts.

It's on at night every weekday and the music selection is 60s, 70s, and 80s.

In Cleveland it's Saturday Night House Party with Mr. Classic on WNCX-FM. All requests. 7pm to midnight.
But a tradition since 1987 the last song has always been Maggot Brain so its often billed as "7pm till Maggot Brain".

I take it that you are a Beatles fan, which is why you said that was your favorite local radio show.

95.7 WZID in New Hampshire has a show called 80s Saturday Night that is hosted by one of the female on air people and it’s on every Saturday night.

All 80s music along with facts and trivia.

Tune in to WMBR Cambridge (MIT) every weekday from 12 to 2 PM for Lost and Found, a cast of deejays bring their tastes, specialties and collections to play 60s and 70s and related music to the deepest places possible. The show has been on for 25 years or more. You no longer have any excuse. Yes there is an App.

You're young, and female...maybe so to your ears in these days. My wife never liked it much either, too much guitar
