Favorite Rolling Stones record overall?

I love the trilogy of Let it Bleed, Exile on Main St. and Sticky fingers. Those are their sweet spot.

 

I would add that the UK single of "Brown Sugar", with "Bitch" and "Let it Rock" on the B-side, is my favorite single of all time.

Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers are my top three and it's hard for me to determine just one as my favourite. If I had to, it would probably be Sticky Fingers (for now).

 

Another vote here for Exile on Main Street. I prefer the '70's era Stones, which I am sure certifies my lack of coolness...

 

Originally it was Sticky Fingers ;however, due to a recommendation on this forum it has quickly become Let It Bleed.

Sticky Fingers tho on different daze it could be Exile, Let It Bleed, Beggars, or Some Girls.

 

Sticky Fingers by default, but the fact that "Gimme Shelter" and "Sympathy for the Devil" are on the two previous albums, makes it a difficult decision sometimes.

For me there was three Rolling Stones incarnations ( Jones, Taylor, wood ) and I can pick out favorite albums from each one. I can compare albums in each era but I can't compare a Taylor album to a Jones album for instance because they were so different. The world's greatest rock and roll band regardless.

 

Either "Let it Bleed" or "Exile". Can't decide.
