"Heroes" for that iconic pose and the steely look in his eyes. Also it links with "The Idiot" who's cover I also love.
Notable mentions to TMWSTW dress cover, Hunky Dory, Ziggy, Sane, Pin-Ups, Dogs, YAm, Station, Low, Lodger, Scary Monsters, Outside, Earthling, Hours and Heathen. (And The Next Day)

What if I want to vote for the UK Man Who Sold The Word? Or the RCA re-issue.

US only? I will not vote.

'Low' by a very wide margin. It's not just my favorite Bowie cover, it's a favorite cover, period.

There's also the issue with STS which I think influences the voting for it:
The coloured movie shot from The Man Who Fell To Earth vs. the original b/w cover with the trimmed image and the big, white border which looks WAAAAAAAAYYYY cooler!

'Other' just wont cut it. You can vote other, I'll abstain :)

I think only having US cover to Man is a travesty. It is a UK artist.

Station To Station. There's something so timeless about it, and I'm talking about the original issue with the black and white photo.

  16. Low. One of the most evocative album covers of all time (to my taste, anyway).

Umm ok? I only had 25 options and I couldn't include Pin Ups, alternate album covers, etc. so clearly something had to give.

Voted for TMWSTW (U.S.) and Low. The former is my first fave.

Ok. I see your problem. No worries.

I vote UK RCA Man Who Sold The World. I know something like Low will win.

Another bloody difficult one, they were so marvellous... Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) Edward Bell artwork is truly amazing. Also loved the CHANGESTHREE album and cover (should be released on all clear).[IMG]

Loved this medievel frock n roll back in the early seventies. Prefer the reissue kick in the eye RCA now.
