Casablanca - what's not to like here? (Peter Lorre, Ingrid Bergman, etc.) I must say, however, that I only really began to appreciate this one after seeing it in its unadulterated state on DVD after years of being subjected to inferior broadcast edits. A great movie, deserving of all the accolades it gets!

The African Queen - the chemistry between Bogart and Hepburn is, I think, greater than that between either Hepburn and Tracy or even Bogart and Bacall (whose "To Have and Have Not" and "The Big Sleep" are also favorites and could tie for third place), which I suppose may be heresy to some, but I'm sayin' it just the same. :p

The Treasure of the Sierra Madre - ties with Casablanca ("Play it again, Sam!") for the greatest line never quite said ("Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!"), and may also be my favorite John Huston film as well.
