Holy canoli! $17,k minimum?? Poor George too. I'm sure he's got better things to do. The RNIB, if the actual bulk is donated, might be able to buy a couple of Paul or Ringo's songs!

Studio 1 was used, but the Beatles started with and used No.2.

Then I suppose you have a quick ham sandwich with George (he's in the same room, but not with you) and you're escorted out in less than an hour.

And you're still chewing the ham sandwich.

I need to contain my excitement of that prospect. On one of the Beatles websites they are trying to get people to write in and push for the catalog upgrade.

    Here's the link....

However, if Beatles One is a hint as to the sound....No Noise galore....no thanks!

Give it to Steve!! I can't think of anyone else I'd rather have at the remastering controls.

If it's Hoffmanized, the CDs have got to sound good!! (Sorry 'bout that!)

    :D

    Hi,

The collection plate idea sounds hip but we better be sure these guys can pass the background check. :D Then again, I'm not sure I would donate for any guy who could pass a background check.
