First album recorded for CD

    What is in your opinion the first album recorded for Compact Disc? By that I mean: Sequenced by the artist/group/band to be heard in a go and not as an A side and B side.

    I'm voting Psychocandy.

    I see where the OP is going with this, not was it one of the first CDs, but rather, when did artists stop thinking in terms of side A and side B.

    I don't really know but the first cd I heard was Peter Gabriel 4.

    That was an LP years before Compact Disks were marketed.

    Sorry, Bop Till You Drop was the first major-label, digitally recorded album.
