First four Beatles LPs

    No, I don't. The rumble isn't bad, it's just surface noise. I just don't want any of it. If it were a jazz or classical LP, I would leave it in. These LPs have only been played once, ever!

    Grant, if your problem is with surface noise and not rumble, I'd *really* suggest getting a Nitty Gritty. Sometimes what may seem like a noisy record is actually really quiet after a good cleaning. And, of course, the less digital "clean-up" you need to do, the better.

    Audio Advisor has the manual model for $200.

    If you're using audio equipment to remove noise from Beatles recordings, does this make you the Arizona....Peter Mew?

    Maybe Grant will be getting his hands on some of the "priceless" 500 reels that were confiscated by police recently :)
