The first Kiss record i ever listened to was my brothers copy of Rock N Roll Over.
Calling Dr. Love was pretty heavy for an eleven year old.

But my all time favorite Kiss record would be Love Gun.
This was the first LP from the group i got for Christmas 77.

A lot of good songs & Memories!

Alive! was the first album I owned from the band's catalogue.

Dressed To Kill is my favorite.

My first Kiss album was the Smashes Thrashes and Hits compilation. It was my second album as well (my sister lost my first copy). My favourite Kiss album is Hotter Than Hell.

I bought my first two KISS albums in 1999, just a day after I turned 10 years old; 'Greatest KISS' and 'Smashes, Thrashes & Hits'. I had always heard stories of how my 17 years older brother had cried tears of joy when he got KISS t-shirts for Christmas in 1980, and I wanted in on the fun!

My favorite albums are 'Hotter Than Hell', 'Dynasty' and 'Unmasked'. Maybe not a very popular selection, but that's mine!

And of course 'Ace Frehley'. :righton:

Growing up in the 70's Alive! got me into them. Destroyer sealed the deal.

I can't remember which I heard first between Alive 2 and Destroyer, same time frame 76 0r 77.
I heard Alive 2 on a friends vinyl and acquired Destroyer on 8 track... Destroyer was the 1st Kiss album I became acquainted with, and at the time age 13 or 14 I already thought "Do you love me' was a dumb song, and I could tell my Dad felt the same, lol. My go to Kiss in later years was double platinum and Alive( 1 ).......I'm not a massive fan, but I do consider them somewhat essential.

    First "Alive!"

    Favorite "Rock and Roll Over"

Favorite compilation "Double Platinum" for the unique mixes of "Calling Dr. Love" and "Hard Luck Woman". I still hope they issue that as a stand alone reissue outside of the "Kissteria" box someday.

My first one was Dressed to Kill (because Rock and Roll All Nite was on it). She, Love Her All I Can and Two Timer became my favorites off of it real quick. Got it around 1987 when I was in Jr. High. I was on a big cassette kick. My favorite album has always been Rock and Roll Over though.
