Thought I'd mention that Bullmoose.com currently has 3 of the LITA LP's and 1 Parlophone on sale
"Le Premier Bonheure Du Jour" for $14.97
"Mon Amie La Rose", "L'Amitie" , and "Et Si Je M'En Vais Avant Toi" for $15.97
The LITA titles are a steal at those prices.
Bullmoose only ships in the US. Take my word (or search the forum), they are excellent to deal with.

Anyone know anything more about the "Soleil" RSD Black Friday release?

I haven't found anything anywhere about it. Curious how there's no quantity in that release either.

I'm a little confused. Which albums have Parlophone reissued this year and are any of them overlapping with the LITA reissues?

None of the Parlophone reissues are overlapping with the LITA reissues.

    Parlophone has reissued:

    En Anglais
    Comment Te Dire Adieu
    La Question
Et Si Je M'en Vais Avant Toi
    Message Personnel
    Entr'acte

Yeah, I've wondered myself if LITA was going to keep the reissue campaign going, so I've held off on these Parlophone copies. Been looking for a copy of "Et Si Je M'en Vais Avant Toi" for a bit. I'd kinda like it if LITA kept going, I like the liner notes and such. Anyone have the Parlophone issues? Are they decent?

They've reissued all her early albums except for her absolutely best one: 1-9-7-0 (aka Alone in the US). Wonder is that has anything to do with the mystery regarding Mlle Hardy's refusal to reissue the song 'Soon Is Slipping Away' or whether LITA/Parlophone are just reissuing the original French releases

I have La Question and Et Si Je M'en Vais Avant Toi and they are good. I would like to get originals but they are expensive and hard to find, especially the 1967-1972 period.

They should reissue the German version. It's a better LP than 1-9-7-0 and Soleil put together

Stronger track listing and her German is better than her English.

Traume is essential as well. It's a variant of Alone/1970 (as is the French 'Soleil' lp) containing most of but not all the tracks, all sung German. I like 'Alone' lp the best because it contains a superior mix of 'Soon Is Slipping Away' without those obtrusive oboes at the end of each verse as well as detracting strings right before each chorus. The US mix is just plain perfect and Hardy's English with that sexy French accent is so yummy.
There were a lot of extra tracks, alternate mixes, songs in different languages recorded during this period that wound up on rare lp's and 45's in Germany, South Africa, Brazil, Spain and Mexico. I count 7 different versions/mixes/variations of Soon Is Slipping Away issued worldwide.

It seems we will not see a "soleil" release, there's just a cd listed on amazon.fr and I don't see it on any Black Friday list.

Itøs probably a mistake in the listing. 23 euros for a cd is a bit much unless it's an expanded version.
