I don't. It makes it easier to catch up and binge-watch.

I've always wanted to finish some of the Star Trek series I stopped watching, but getting through 26 episode seasons is a chore, especially when individual episodes don't contribute to the overall narrative.

Yeah, it seems like as soon as they start they are finished for the year. Thankfully, there are enough quality series out there that there aren't many gaps during the year.

I was curious about this too. I'm not going to do it. Can't see how it would be worth it to pay the Imax price unless they actually shot those scenes with Imax cameras and planned this all along, but I don't think that's the case. This just seems like a cash grab to take advantage of people wanting a Game Of Thrones fix.

Probably (though maybe not the weekend itself).

I suppose HBO wouldn't want them to do this, but I would have rather seen the first two or the last two episodes of the new season in IMAX. I'm not going to a theatre to watch episodes I've already seen.

Yeah,The reason I bought tickets to see this (Tomorrow) I thought seeing ep9 (Battle for castle black) in IMAX (Giants,Mammoths) was a cool idea,We'll see. Plus I was excited to see the trailer for season 5 which I watched online earlier. Anyways tickets are bought and paid for I'm gonna enjoy it. Taking my son & his buddy they're looking forward to it.

Yes, it is a cash grab and a publicity stunt and it will succeed magnificently.

Well, just got back from the multiplex watching GoT Eps 9&10 in IMAX. I know some guys were saying its a cash grab and all, maybe so but I enjoyed the heck out of it.
I know it wasn't shot for IMAX but I thought it looked great regardless. Also the trailer for season 5 is pretty cool. Really looking forward to the new season.

Good gravy. By the time we get back to seeing Bran, he's going to be a 30-year-old teenager.
