what's it like another year of waiting for the return?

 

geez...I am not excited!

 

I already forgot it...too much time has passed and we ain't done waiting!

 

Maybe honed down to one prequel.

 

just another spinoff...boring!

 

that would be better, but who cares after making us wait so long for the return of GOT!...

 

Again... there are no precedents for this... A. a (very) well written literary series where the writer clutches midway ( Martin, I think, has said that he started with a particular wedding scene in mind) and then marks times for several years while B. A television network decides to make a spectacular multi-year production before the writer has finished and C. the series attains historic viewing levels and begs for a conclusion.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster, but

The series is maybe the best fantasy video production ever while remaining deeply respectful to the source material even as it moves beyond it and...

George Martin cheerfully cashes the checks and seems perfectly willing to let the HBO producers and writers finish the story and..

We all win (because it’s not like George was ever going to finish it anyway.)

Couch potato land next year. I'll no doubt watch the entire seasons again in anticipation for the final season 8, six one hour long episodes.

 

far, far away...memories fade as they bounce around so much in each episode as it is...poor planing.

 

yea, finally we got Dragon action! something I cannot forget. It was awesome!

 

I don't own them nor do I plan on to...maybe years down the road.

Yeah ..remember being shocked the king slayer got a boy band haircut(s3), not a good move by the danish actor.
