I know. I'm dyin here. I bought the albums separate, well some of them, and have all the originals. But the box is soooo beautiful and have been looking for one for sale but no go. But at this price I'm thinking just get it and sell my other copies. But then I think it's stupid to do that. But then I think I want it and have to have it. Smoking crack would be easier than this LOL

well it's been in my cart for like a year....and the last 3 days I was notified that the price has been decreasing. Wonder if it will be lower tomorrow? Or go back up? Hmmmm

I’m in the same boat. I bought Brainwashed, ATMP and Cloud Nine individually when they were released. But I sure would like to have the whole box...

Do you remember what the price was the last couple of days?

  5. I like it a lot but I’m a completist when it comes to the Beatles so I needed it. It’s the biggest and heaviest set I own. The records sound great. Some better than others. The S/T George Harrison Album sounds amazing.

The pic discs are fun but silly. They should have instead included an album of singles and orphan tracks. That’s my only gripe.

What is so beautiful about the box?

  7. I bought the recent Stones 71-2016 box from Amazon for $179. It usually sells for over $400. Amazon had it that low for only a few hours I jumped.

    But you never know.

I really love the self-titled album and that’s not one you hear people talk about a whole lot. I did pick up 3 individual titles from this box last year and thought they all sounded excellent.

If the WA, Imagine and Mccartney releases weren’t all stacked up at once, this would be a no-brainer. A year or two down the line, I’d hate to be in the current position of the folks who missed the Beatles Mono box.

    Now the pondering begins...

I got the 4-LP Concert For George for $49 in August. I think it was just the one day because it immediately jumped back up.

yeah man that's why I didn't buy it and just bought several of the albums I needed better copies of. No book or extra tracks it felt dumb to buy then. But I"m a George freak and always felt perturbed I didn't buy it. And now at this price I'm thinking I should. But soooo much other stuff coming out. Like I don't need the Kinks box but it looks so gorgeous and it's The Kinks so I am def buying it.

Lucky Bast*rd. I missed that by like a few hours. I bought it anyways and don't regret it. That Stones box is amazing and I had no defects like others say they had.

Do you mean the upcoming Village Green box? I’m guessing you already have the Mono Collection, which contains all the Kinks’ 1960s LPs in glorious analog.

Ugh. Didn't jump on the 253 today it's up to 375. I wonder if Amazon sees it in your cart for a long time and tempt you buy lowering the price and if you don't jump at some point they just jack it all the way back up? Might take it out of my cart, wait a few days then put it back in and see what happens.
