Friday I was pleased to find a Thank You note on good stationary in the mailbox from a local Atlanta store named Audio Alternative (Indian Trail road in Lilburn). I bought my VPI Scoutmaster from them. It's good to know you are appreciated and it sent a big signal to me and further reinforced the good service experience I had. I also received some very knowledgeable advice from my sales guy Mike who is intimately familiar with the VPI line. I wish more businesses would do this. Just think what a good investment of time that was for Mike relative to the impression it made on me. Outside of this one I have only received a note from a local Lexus dealer, a substantially bigger purchase. Class act. Anyone else have stories of great service in hifi land?
