I know I've suggested it before and Shane wasn't into it (and I understand why), but if they've got a finished master just sitting there ready to go, I'd be willing to pre-pay for a crowdsourced funding to get The Circus released on LP, that would charge us all as soon as they had enough pre-orders committed to justify doing a limited edition run. It's just frustrating to think that a probably great-sounding remaster is just sitting there, unreleased. And Wonderland IR LP was the first Erasure album I ever bought (I was more into New Order, OMD, and even Depeche Mode back in the 80s, not giving Erasure much attention). But WOW is it a stellar sounding album! Craig.
I would also add The Circus is a better and well known lp than Wonderland... so it should, in theory, sell better.

Arcadium Stadium was on sale at just shy of $14 on Wal-Mart's website but it lasted about 1h. Brutal! Some people managed to snag a copy. Killer deal.
It was a good enough deal when Amazon had it for ~ $24. $14? That's a give-away, for sure. They must've pressed way more copies than there was demand for.

But then I realized it came with auto rip of the whole 2 CD set!!! Not bad for about $13!
Regarding the album 'Sun Structures' Yep, just listened to it today. I can see what you mean that the mastering / recording isn't exactly the best. Side 2 seemed better than side one, and fortunately that had more of the dynamic songs on it. The sound quality was borderline adequate. Since side 2 was better I think I will go ahead and keep it for now, but good call on the sound quality of this pressing (I DO kind of wonder if the 2-LP version would sound better...)
FWIW, I listened to the NIN 'Bad Witch' album today. To me the sound quality / mastering was pretty bad, honestly unlistenable. A shame too, because I did like the songs on it. But, I just cannot stomach the bad sound. HUGELY compressed and awful. So, I thought I'd better post this here to let others know at least my impression of the sound of the album for whomever may be interested... [Moderator Edit]

Bought two copies of the NY Roxy, cheap enough that I figured I might see how it was compared to the CD and one to give to a friend. His copy has scratches on record 1 that are just audible on the Jade and unacceptably loud on an XV-1s. My copy has a warped side 3 with the etching. Just ended up giving him both so he could make a good copy. Played the CD again and the mastering is fantastic... a reminder of why I don't miss this shirttail.
I had to go through 2 myself, first one went back. Second one is serviceable. For NY the High res is so good vinyl is sort of pointless anyway.
