    Thanks!

I have tried these 2: [email protected] (from the dead.net website) and [email protected] (given to me by the phone support at the 1-800 number). I provided my order number as well as all my other contact info.

I will try this one and hopefully will have more luck...

The bass guitar sound on DaP 24 is simply amazing and it's a shame Phil didn't use that sound more often.

We'll get the #26 announcement on or about when #25 ships. Dave seems pretty stoked, and likes to tease the hints.

With loving respect to Señor Dave, he tends to do that. :) But I’m looking forward to the announcement too.

Many of these are out of print, as with Dick's. I'd like ot see GDO put them up as FLAC downloads.

It's more of a shame that he used that sound never.

You should email Dave L. Maybe he’ll ask Jeffrey Norman to use his new plug-in on all future releases. :pineapple:

Nice to see an enforced 5 copy limit. Is that new? I don't remember seeing that before.

12/14/71 was the first show I got on CD-R through a b&p thanks a kind person on rec.music.gdead. So I haven't played in probably 10 years since it was one of a few digital shows as I built my collection and I played it a lot in the beginning. I think at the time Dick's 15 had just come out, and I didn't have very many Picks at the time.

Anyway, it's a fine sounding Betty where the band isn't in full exploration mode that was to come, but as the email states "The Other One" is in that transition era where you get a sense of where they were going. I'm looking forward to the New Mexico show as it's one I haven't heard. While other than a few select shows I used to look down on '71, but the Road Trips releases made me reconsider that view. The Dick's 2 and the April Fillmore shows I always had a high opinion of.

i have subbed for several years now, (think i missed year 1 & 2?). But anyway, in the past, didn't the subs run into the New Year? Don't recall them shutting it down before Christmas?

This is how I remember it. I think I subscribed in early Jan. once. But it seems demand is increasing all around, and I'm sure some of it is resale folks with little interest in the music. These volumes can be used as moneymakers.

yes, the enforced 5 unit limit is smart. (They should make it 2 per order.)

I'm surprised some hedge fund deadhead hadn't thought to just buy all the subscriptions before now - it's a pretty good ROI, especially if you look at what the first few volumes are going for just a few years after release.

Shhhh, don't give 'em any ideas. But, yes, I think a 2 unit limit would be even better.

I'm kind of happy to read in the "big thread" that some folks find the Miller renditions of shows better than some DaPs. It prevents the series from further becoming an expensive and elusive monster. I'm all for fan-created options, and should explore those more.

But of course I'm subscribed this year.

Miller is very good, not to thread high-jack! but is there a way to find out when C. Miller adds new shows to the Archive?

The Grateful Thread on this very forum. There are a handful of downloaders there who usually report in when CM drops something new.

Is there distortion / clipping at times or do I have something messed up in my setup?
