I hope David Lemieux doesn't see that........will distract his discussion.

Yeah, not many Box Sets I see that would be bigger than 6 shows...possibly a Fall 89 Box Set of the unrelased shows in Multi Track and June 74 if they ever decide to go down those routes.

‘79 or ‘83. I could live with either.

Is it? Setlist.net and the archive both have a LLR between Railroad and Deal.

I had DL2 delete it for the listening party. :shh:

I *think* it is. The Deals sounded like they matched up pretty well to me. I figured they cut the LLR rain out of the listening party file just to make sure they don't change anyone's mind from purchasing.

If it is confirmed 9/2/83 you can count me as being happy with that selection. I like a little variety in years!

I would have zero complaints about that being the show. Just don't want to get my hopes up... ;)

    Or if the tape deteriorated.

I'd love a '91 release. I really would like more 80's and 90's. I'm in the minority, but as great as these 70's shows are, I need some variety here.

I can guar-on-tee this after checking out the listening party file....it AIN'T 66-78.

After comparing that with one of the AUD sources on ReListen, it'd be pretty dang sweet if it were a matrix. Both sources really complement each other and fill out the sound.

Variety is the spice of life. A great 80s/90s show would be a welcome addition to the Dave's series.

I’ll only be OK with an early 80’s show if they can release it in a matrix in comparable sound quality to Dave’s 8 (11/30/80)

I’ll be very upset if we get release that has sound quality similar to Dick's 6 (10/13/83) with Brent’s keyboards overwhelming Jerry & the rest of the band. Or like the clips I’ve heard from the 30 Trips sampler on the shows from 1980 through 1985. None of these recordings sound anywhere near good enough if fresh Betty Boards from the superior years of the band are available and ready to release.
