Maybe taken in Ratner's - the deli next to the Fillmore East. Though I don' think Ranter's had booths.

 

This looks like "We Bid you Goodnight" probably sometime in 1969-70. Note Garcia's cigarette.

Thinnest old Jerry I've seen. Must been just before the steady diet of ice cream

 

Going off his build, haircut, hair colour etc., I'd say about 1980 - to be fair, Jerry still looked fairly healthy through 1981 and into 1982, with the real physical decline only becoming evident in 1983 and (especially) 1984.

 

Yeah, looks to be 81-82.

No idea, it came up on a google search. Looks like a rat dog time frame. He grew the beard in 2002 and this looks to be shortly before that.
