The one that pops into my mind is in "Coming To America" with Ralph Bellamy and Don Ameche as the Duke brothers from "Trading Places" now living on the street after being rendered penniless by Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd.

Would Christopher Walkens' great scene in "Pulp Fiction" be considered a cameo?

How could you mention "Trading Places" without mentioning Bo Diddley's cameo as the pawn shop owner? :D

    "This is a $5000 watch!"

"But in here, it's worth 50 bucks"

    Frank Zappa in Head.
Keith's appearance in the Pirates movie almost qualifies as a cameo.

Do the disguised stars in The List of Adrian Messenger count?

Marshall McLuhan in "Annie Hall". Classic walk-on with a moment that we ALL wish we could pull out of our butts when needed.

Alfred Hitchcock popping up in most (if not all) of his movies. Just caught him last week at a bar getting a quick drink as Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman walked into a scene in "Notorious".

You're probably gonna get a lot of argument about that. I'd call the 2006 "CR" the better one - by a LOT - but you obviously mean the 1967 version. I definitely wouldn't call that the "better" take on "CR" - I think it's sporadically entertaining at best...

Falk is in multiple scenes in that movie, he's actually a major character.
