Of course, RD is one of the best actors around. Loved him in "The Apostle".
Glad to see June Carter Cash in that. I think it was her first theatrical movie appearance,
not sure.

I second Boo Radley. Also, thought he was brilliant as Mac Sledge in Tender Mercies.

Rather than buy the DVD, I've been waiting patiently for someone to release this restored, on Blu-ray. Criterion would be perfect IMHO.

Love him in Godfather 1&2 and also Crazy Heart.

Apocalypse Now also obviously.

 

A fantastc actor. The Apostle is my favorite.

 

He did a really good portrayal as Stalin.

Having a wife 50 years younger, keeps you fit as a fiddle.

 

He is remarkable in "Open Range". One of his best performances, and one of the best
Westerns ever made.

 

Just hanker for that bar of Swiss chocolate.

Sure is hard to pick a favorite role. Unforgettable in Apocalypse Now, Lonesome Dove and The Apostle.
