Look what just got uploaded folks!

 

So, I was on Harry's Wikipedia the other day and it turns out that he died of influenza.

 

Kind of the same as pneumonia--after you reach a certain age, both can do you in quickly and the treatment can be a real b**ch

 

All along, I thought he either died of a stroke or just natural causes.

 

Well, they go hand in hand. You get a stroke or heart attack, and survive. But your system is so impaired that the slightest little bug (even in a hospital) can kill you.

 

almost done watching season 9. although not as good as earlier seasons, "My life as a dog lawyer" is one of the best episodes ever. going to watch season 1 next.

 

Thoughts on A Guy Named Phantom?

 

i thought dan's initial entrance was terribly written, and it's a testament to larroquette's acting ability that he pulled it off. the mock trial scene in the courthouse basement where larroquette gets to imitate the rest of the cast is hilarious, though.

 

How so?

 

the premise is so goofy it comes close to jumping the shark for me. the part where he kidnaps Christine doesn't quite work either, except for the great moment where she asks where the keys are and he says "in my pants." and again, i think the mock trial scene justifies the premise .

 

idk if it's because I'm so use to seeing him on Night Court and Cheers but when I found out he was 65 it really surprised me

You tend to focus so much on the characters they play and you have that image of them in your head you forget that they do age

(like I just found out Ted Danson is 70 and that just feels so wrong)

 

That almost didn't happen because NBC renewed the show at the last minute and Season 8 was to be the last.

 

looking forward to watching the rest of it. planning to alternate, season 1, season 8, season 2, season 7, season 3, season 6, season 4, season 5....just to confuse myself.
