Having trouble with new Rega system, please help

    I just bought a new system, all brand new, all Rega (even the speaker wire and interconnects are Rega). I bought a Planar 6 with the Ania MC cartridge. I bought the FONO MC and the Elex-R, running into RX3 speakers. In the video below, you'll see that everything works fine until I try to use them all together, then I lose output to the right speaker. At first I thought the FONO MC preamp was defective, so they sent me a new one and I'm having the exact same issue (I have a second video showing the other preamp acting the same way that I'll post if necessary). I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    NOISE WARNING: The video gets loud when I test the speakers, sorry.

    Ok so YOU solved the issue but it might be helpful to others if you were to state how l,& what the issue was?
    PS. I don't think you can delete the post but someone else might point you differently on this.
