Help please - Amazon Returns.

I wonder if anybody can help me.
I have chosen to return a £100.0 worth of shoddy items to Amazon , which they accepted with out quibble. But when I was going through the returns process I stupidly chose the wrong method of collection.
Does anybody know of a simple way I can alter the instructions I chose.

I already have , but the operators English language skills were equal to my Central European language skills, quite poor. I hung before I said something impolite.

 

Don't they have a chat option? Try that.

 

I was hoping there was maybe a way of resolving my situation through the ''My Orders'' section of Amazon.

 

Any time I have used their chat option, a problem was resolved.

 

And either a month added to my Prime, or a $10 credit.

 

Problem resolved by the cleansing nature of fire .

 

Sounds reasonable. Not like there was help a click away or anything.

 

You're quite right of course , but I'm afraid the well of patience had previously run dry while trying to explain by phone to the Amazon lady about me returning my poorly pressed records , she didn't understand. I've no reason to believe anyone would either by me 'click chatting' the same story again ,about my unwise choice of 'returns' options . Hey ho...
