Hey, are there MOVIES on Netflix?!?!? And why is it such a pain to search?

Here is the movie search tool, by genre, not title, that Netflix should have. It works great but it also highlights how thin Netflix' catalog is in some areas. It's a good supplement to the Justwatch site which was posted in this tread two pages back

Anyone familiar with something called hoopla? You can also get that through your local library as well.

 

INDEED...I struggle just to find a movie to watch...I'll stick with my own library.

I thought that it also meant that any negative reviews I made would not be regarded for future recommendations.

EXCELLENT point, I gotta get access to the City of LA library, they have a lot of stuff licensed. Hoopla, I think. Need to ask at my local libraries as well.

 

Huh? That sounds intriguing but what do you mean? You mean that the SEARCH field will find stuff that you can't see on the basic screen?

 

I think my library has that as well.

 

It has been awhile since I've used it but, yes.

 

My friend gave me his password months ago, and yes, not only hard to search, but I don't even see a "Classic Movies" and when they did, there were about 5, and EVERYONE on earth has seen them.

I hadn't used this in a couple of months, but saw a great documentary, "God Knows Where I am" -- they do have some good documentaries, etc.
