Recently acquired for £8 from a local thrift shop (I liked the look of it and thought it was worth the gamble) Can't find any info online regarding this amp. I would assume it is late 60s/early 70s by looks only, it has 5 pin din inputs and an old fashioned radio display (sweeping needle across a horizontal chart). It is working, though I could only test it with its FM radio. The sound was fairly reasonable, though I will admit FM radio isn't an ideal medium to test the Amps sonic capabilities.
There is also a noticeable hum when you turn down the volume which leads me to suspect that there is an issue with the power supply and/or internal capacitors?
Is it worth getting this amp repaired/reconditioned and also buying a good quality rca to din lead? Or is it worthy of throwing out? Especially if the price of repair could be put to better use.

Apologies for the lack of photos, still can't get to grips with uploading here.
    Regards.
