I have recently purchased 2 copies of Hotel California which my search has revealed are both First Pressings and of course that cannot be because they have different catalog #. 7E-1084 seems to be the most common example of the U S First Pressing but I also have 6E-103. Both versions appear to be identical on the runout etching, A- 'Is It Six O'clock Yet?' B- 'VOL is Five Piece Live' Both have the foldout 3 panel poster of group in B&W Sepia. I'll keep up the search but if anyone could chime in that would be appreciated.

You'll probably get more action on a thread like this by posting it in the Music forum.

6E is a reissue catalog number. The deadwax could otherwise be the same as the 7E original. Labels didn't always recut based on a catalog number change.
