    Ya know....sometimes I am not too bright :) I thought this was some sort of announcement about the Led Zeppelin release of the same name.:oops:

    I saw this at the Seattle Cinerama a few years back. Definitely worth seeing at least once in the original format.

    I did, too. With "This is Cinerama", it was a wonderful presentation. Yes, worth seeing like this!

    (Have they shown or will they show any more Cinerama features at that theatre?)

    Not recently unless I've missed one. They recently upgraded the theater again, and it's the main place for whatever blockbuster is being pushed. Setting up the theater for Cinerama takes a day or two and people complain about the misalignment of the Cinerama screen whenever they do so.

    My father saw it on it's original release date when he was 35 years old, and I took him to see it again when I was 35. It was cool that they happen to be showing it when our ages happen to work out that way!

    Great spectacle but not a great film. imho. I prefer the earlier section and the Civil War part
