    Yes, that's the balcony. There is a curtain separating the photogs and the audience on the main level.

    Thanks Rich....Mannys....I now remember where I read about the drum kit.....I have the Bruce Spizer book....great photos.....what I noticed also from these photos is that I always thought that Ringos drum stand was part of the small elevated round stage as seen in post number 3,this is the way we have always seen it,but as we can see in post 2,it's set up on a different larger stage...even looks like it's on the floor in that post...so I guess the drum stand is independent of that smaller round stage....hope I explained this ok.....

    One of the WMCA Good Guys in the picture with the Beatles is B. Mitchell Reed. who went on to be a big FM guy in California.
