I have two Avenue Gold cds, the other is War why can't we be Friends, which has the best sounding version of Low Rider I have heard. I got these on ebay for around $16.00 each.

Yes I had discovered that when I noticed the song length differences between the same songs on different albums. Really strange how their catalogue is set up.
