I've found Insound to be a little slow shipping out, but have never had problems with any orders I've placed with them.

So this arrived today. There's nothing about the mastering on the sleeve, but here's the barcode number if you want to dig around...

it appears to be pressed at GZ and has no engineer information in the runouts. i think we know what that usually means...

 

Yup. Although the pressing could be good. GZ did the Kinks and Stones mono boxes, and they turned out well, so...

 

Or maybe "we" don't and you could let the rest of the "we" know about this record...

 

was commenting tongue-in-cheek, but as GZ rarely includes any sort of pertinent information in terms of the aforementioned, i'm always a little leery of the SQ with their stuff.

Yeah, I mean, I know GZ is really hit and miss, but for less than half price and in mono, I had to. It had good reviews on Discogs too (though I don't really pay much heed to those...)

Anyway, I'll report back once I get to play the thing.
