Is the 7 minute version of WAR's "Galaxy" disco mix ever going to be released on cd?

I really want this mix and its hard to find this single in good shape. The only song out there that uses this original mix is "Galaxy 2000", but its only about half length and can't enjoy that as much as the 7 min single on vinyl.

Ben Lebrand Grand 12 inches vol. 4 disc 1 (and some other collections) have the 8.11 album version, which was the correct 12" single in Europe.
The 7.28 "disco mix" seems it was a USA promo-only release.

War's Grooves & Messages comp includes the 4-minute "Galaxy 2000" on disc 1, but also a 7:56 remix on the second disc. Not sure that's what you're looking for, though.

What's the difference between the two 12" versions?

Promo 12 has drums also on begin/end, and a closing part quite different.

The 7 min version is a full disco mix and the intro is not re-visited later in the song

This is the 7:56 remix on the Grooves & Messages comp:

The UK 12" runs at 7' 38" according to the sleeve.

The intro has drums from the outset and the space-y sounds come in probably after a minute or so. The fade is on a sax solo with the space-y sounds re-appearing.

My copy is also horribly off centre. :(
