    I'd been after some Fletcher Henderson and came across this yesterday. CD1 now playing.

    A great document so to speak, but marred by noise reduction. Quite a few Henderson tracks from this era appear on the excellent Coleman Hawkins Mosaic set. Mosaic planned a Henderson set, but abandoned the project and chose to do a Hawkins set instead.

    I've gotta check this out, noticed the similar lineup to Capuchin. Turns out Capuchin was recorded just 3 weeks prior to this, at RVG's rather than Plaza Sound.
