My U.S. day of release vinyl has a blue/white Chrysalis label.

Apart from being with loved ones, this release is a wonderful 60th birthday present, I'm salivating. Thanks to all who made it possible :)

Never noticed that (Festival) written under the Fire at Midnight listing. I wonder if the USA album had it, and what did/does it mean.

Was that the original UK sleeve? Didn't they get the lyrics sleeve like we (USA) did? Or were the lyrics a separate insert?

Festival is a record company down there, maybe the distributor

Look, guys, I understand you are excited for the upcoming release of this gem and want to share with the world its grandiosity but can you please hide the spoilers under the [ SPOILER] [/ SPOILER] button?

I know you have the best of intentions but the set is only three days away and I would like to read the stuff myself when it arrives. :)

It's the publishing credit for all 4 tracks, alongside Anderson's name as composer.

Chrysalis was distributed in Australia by Festival Records, who also had a music publishing arm.

Remember back before the internet, when you could buy something, and enjoy seeing it for the first time ? Between this forum, and Facebook showing screenshots, it'll all be already seen, by the time you open it. And we wonder why people stream.

I don't find the reveals terribly bothersome, but mostly because I'm not masochistic to try reading a book from photos of slightly curved pages.

The original UK pressing had the standard green Chrysalis label.

The five discs look beautiful! Of course, the standard book design only has tray space for four. Which disc will I find stuffed into a paper sleeve? (They did the sleeve thing for Stand Up so my concern on this point is wholly justified.)

I plan to pick the set up this weekend, at which point the CDs will promptly go into jewel cases. The DVDs can stay in the book where they'll each have plenty of legroom.

    DVD2 in sleeve.
Same as sleeve thing for Stand Up, and yes your concern on this point is wholly justified. I prefer all in (slim) jewel cases.

Yes, always the intelligent retort that forgets on FB, you're scrolling down the page, and through no fault of your own, come across the screenshots, or go into the thread here, and have photos thrust into your face.
I didn't say I lingered, I'm saying I preferred a time when you didn't see the contents of the package, before you, yourself opened it. Get a grip.

I am not familiar enough with the puns of the english language to know that means. Are you making fun of me for being man enough to apologize?
