Footage from the II studio sessions would be great to see. It might just be some silent 8mm footage though with no sound. Still cool but not as great as I would hope :)

    Pro-shot Detroit 77 footage?

Fillmore multi-tracks - do you remember where you read that? I don't trust his memory (no offense to him, don't trust most peoples memory when it comes to things that happened that long ago, etc). I think it's reasonable to assume that they recorded it in some fashion, but full on multi-track? Skeptical.

Maybe Carnegie Hall actually was multi-tracked and their going to release that!!?? :) To me that would be amazing and a big release, bigger than most things mentioned so far. But that's beyond wishful thinking.

I get why they went with USA 72 instead. Assuming both are comparable SQ wise, the title, HTWWW, tells me why they went with that show. It was a statement.

be really cool if it was some live stuff from 1969... preferably at Flushing Meadows Queens an August show with Buddy Guy opening...I was there.

Watch it be HTWWW with a couple extra songs like "Tangerine." Well, he DID say previously unheard (if one only listens to officially-released material).

I could possibly be interested. Granted, I highly doubt there's actual outtakes as far as entire songs, but new live shows could be worth it

Fire (great track that morphed into Closer)

I am also hoping Swan Song gets released along with something (anything!) from 1968.

Woah! that would have been pretty amazing. How tragic. Chris could probably have benefited from some mentoring by Page. Page has been to heaven, hell and back again.

On the recent Dylan Bootleg Series box there's a whole bunch of flubs ā€“ lyrical, musical and otherwise ā€“ and they left them in.

I don't mind if it's music that was previously available on a bootleg, the most ubiquitous Led Zeppelin bootleg company compresses and cranks up the treble making them not very pleasant to listen to at loud volumes, which is a shame since they have access to some great sources. I'd be more annoyed if things were edited out like in the recent BBC Sessions reissue.

Make a Grateful Dead 30 trips like box set picking a show from every tour would make me very very happy; or release everything as streaming (like Neil's archives) and let the fans select ala carte the ones they want

Why have none of the members done any "epics" ala Achilles since the band split? I'm surprised Page never did any more guitar army tracks solo.

As far as wishlists go, we know Mr. Jimmy is a bootleg fan. Maybe someday we'll see him not only release stuff that the band recorded, but also some of his favorite bootlegged stuff. Stranger things have happened (for other acts).

    Sure he did.

It's true the Firm albums and Walking Into Clarksdale are minimalist Page, but Outrider and Coverdale/Page are chock-full of overdubs. Nothing is as long as ALS, but it's still guitar army stuff. The Outrider instrumentals are all cool workouts with interesting twists.

    Nobody's mentioned Knebworth...pretty sure that was multi-tracked.

If JP had 1969 live multitracks, one suspects he would have used them for the Led Zeppelin I companion disc.

Probably because Knebworth is very uneven on its own. It certainly contains some highlights, but it is hard to imagine a full-scale Knebworth release.
