JPC DE! Does Anyone Outside of Germany Have Any Thoughts Regarding Quality of Service?

    Hi All

    Having never used the online retailer JPC DE, could you guys give me an idea if they are a realiable retailer, with good quality customer service for anyone living outside of Germany.

    I ask the question because I'm considering purchasing the latest Dylan box set from them, I've also read up and down reviews regarding their quality of service particularily for anyone living outside of Germany.

    Please could you all let me know your experiences with them.

    Have ordered many Bear Family and classical music sets from them over the years and never had a problem. Fast delivery, excellent packaging (much better than the various Amazons) and good customer service.
