  3. Dr. Pepper

    Dr. Pepper What, me worry?

I picked this up the other day on Amazon, $20 for 4 cds, awesome. The Bing Crosby duets alone are worth the purchase price! Nicest I've heard some of these recordings sound. Well done!

Thanks, Dr. Pepper. This one was a real labor of love. It first was supposed to be released by the Canadian label, DOREMI, then was switched to JSP. I think it will come as a real surprise that Garland did so many duets in the 1940s and 1950s. As I state in the notes, on many she sings harmony, which was a real surprise to me. It is a sign of her musicianship, a word one rarely associated with Garland. In any case, glad you are enjoying it. JSP has been great to me, and there is more on the way...

    All best.
